Easy process for a first-time customer. Everyone was polite and professional. Customer time was valued and whole appointment was very efficient. Not a ton of waiting around in a room staring at the walls, which is extremely hard to find in the medical community.

Always appreciate Dr Gruhlkey’s friendly, professional demeanor, and how efficiently his staff gets his patients through the appointments. Also like that you go right in to see him at your appointment time, versus sitting for a half hour in the waiting room. Great practice!

I have been going to Lone Star Medical since 2008. I love everyone there, including Dr. Gruehlkey. He is amazing. Tonya at the desk, and Angel and all the other ladies , are incredible. The staff was extremely friendly, they took me right on time, actually early. I love the fact that their is no waiting. Dr. Gruhlkey took his time with me and listened to all my needs. When they need to draw blood, they draw blood in the office I did not have to go else where.
