No wait time. Friendly staff. I was running behind for my appointment and didn’t come prepared with my paperwork—seeing as I am a new patient, I was frazzled and embarrassed. Staff members were kind, prompt, and efficient. Dr. Gruhlkey was professional, and listened to my concerns.
